A swindle by "fraudulent"we include misleading,misdirected or
exaggerated claims in advertising

Definition of fraud
1.a deception practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain
2.Any act,expression,omissiom or concealment that deceives another to
his or her disadvantage;specifically it is:
A.A misrepresentation,ommissiom or concealment of some fact material
to a transaction
B.It is made with knowledge(or the reasonable expectation that the
perpetrator should know).That it is false or is made in reckless
disregard of this truth or falsity and
*with the intent to deceive another and
*that is reasonably relied on by the other who is injured thereby
3.A piece of trickery a trick
4.Lastly descriaing the person who commits the act
a.one that defrauds;a cheat
b.one who assumes a false pose an impostor

Mail fraud
A fraud committed by use of the postal service ,especially as
described in the tittle 18 section 1341 of the U.S code
